Dreamer, bookworm, sports enthusiast, lifelong explorer, and a global citizen – currently based in the vibrant city of Barcelona.
I embody vitality, creativity, inspiration, and optimism. With a deep interest in personal development and an endless curiosity for life, I am dedicated to exploring my own personality and helping others do the same.
I am a certified Systemic Business Coach (dvct), Team Coach, and Change Manager (CoT). I am also a member of the dvct jury for the Coaching Book of the Year and a Certified Facilitator of the LEGO SERIOUS PLAY method (Master Trainer Association). I continuously pursue further education in topics such as Positive Psychology, Creativity, and Personal Development.
Before becoming self-employed, I worked at the Technical University of Munich at the Institute for Lifelong Learning, held roles in Brand Relations and Marketing at the LEGO Group, and was involved in the press department at VfL Bochum.

Living in Barcelona:
Moving here was not just a choice for sun and ocean, but for a city brimming with creativity and vibrancy. Here, I work daily with people from around the world and draw inspiration from the diversity of cultures and perspectives. This international dimension flows directly into my work – whether virtual or in person, I love building bridges between different worlds.
Yes, I am a huge football fan
Since childhood, I have been fascinated by football – not just because of the excitement and emotions during the game, but also because of the dynamics within the teams. What makes a strong team? How do you motivate each other, even in tough times? These questions are central to my work as a team coach today. Just like in sports, it’s crucial in teams to know one’s role, keep the big picture in mind, and not be intimidated by setbacks. By the way: I love watching football, but play basketball ;).
I love books!
It feels like ages ago, but I also studied literature once upon a time. Both technical, business books and fiction with inspiring stories accompany me on my learning journey. I continually find new ideas and inspiration that I incorporate into my workshops. So don’t be surprised if I frequently share book recommendations with you. In books, old knowledge is combined with fresh perspectives – I love this, and strive to create space for doing the same in my workshops as well.
