About Myself

I used to work for the LEGO Group and I represent the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® values:

  • Creativity
  • Teamwork
  • Value of employees and their potential
  • The best solutions are found within the group
  • Passion and fun

My approach is playful and solution-oriented at the same time.

Trust, Honesty and Responsibility – this is what I stand for. These values define all my relationships – private friendships or professional partnerships. My strengths can be found in all areas of interpersonal communication, in connecting people, in teaching, education and consulting. One of my goals in the workshops is to have employees feel estimated and valued. Seeing their contribution to a bigger purpose, employees carry on their work with a lot more engagement and commitment.
